Be posting who wants to work on the file and when you'd be able to work on it. If you have any requests to do a certain conference now is the time to say so. I won't do that conference in the first file and you can be next in line on the file, after we get all the requests out of the way we'll just knock some conferences out as we get to them. Keep us updated on who has the file and if at all possible what conferences you will do ahead of time, or let us know while you are working.

With the way we can only edit posts for an hour after the original post time, it has thrown my original plan for a loop. We may have to start another thread for just the roster file and the last post containing the newest roster file. We'll have to think of something, I just don't want roster files to be distributed throughout a thread and people maybe miss an update.EDIT: I've decided it makes more sense to just start a new thread to get the Roster File from when I finish up the first version of the file. This thread will now just be used to discuss who is going to have the file next, what conferences you request to do, and what conferences have been completed, the other thread will be there with the versions of the roster that have been sent to me. Posting your emails on something like this is a good way to get your email inboxes flooded with spam mail. That's why I said PM me for my email, and do the same to get any email addresses you need. I'll also send the file to whoever is next when I get done. But if everyone sends it to me when they are finished I can keep better tabs on what conferences are done and keep the file available to everyone up to date in another thread. I'm on the internet all the time, except for when I'm at school so it shouldn't be a problem with people getting in touch with me or getting the newest file.

It would be best if you started posting what times of the day you can work on things because then we'll know who to send it to. Once it gets started we'll probably have 4 or 5 committed people doing it and it will go pretty smoothly. There may be one or two that come in and knock out a conference or two but from what I've experienced its mostly a group of about 4 or 5 doing most the work.

When I get the SEC done I'll probably send it on to someone else to do another conference. You'll see how it all works once it gets started, but if it all goes back through one person there's less chance of someone doing work that gets erased because two people were working at the same time. I think there are 12 on a team. My schedule will fluctuate dealing with school so I can't really post any kind of schedule. Wednesday I'll be out of school by 10:00 AM and free the rest of the day, so what I don't get finished of the SEC before then I'll be able to finish up and maybe knock out a smaller conference and get it sent on to someone else by Wednesday night. Thursday I'll be out at 2:00 but have something to do for school at 6:00 so it will probably be a good day to give off to someone else.

Friday I have the same schedule as Wednesday so if I could get it back by Thursday night/Friday morning I could knock out another conference or two for sure. Guys here's the deal on the rosters.

With basketball season just starting with my former high school I'm going to be going to a lot of games, so it will cut into my roster editing time.
